NOT TOO LOUD

Incorporating solid colors in clashing prints would relieve someone from a painful sore in the eye. Although, invisibility on people's subjective fashion taste is impossible to achieve, at least, you can still make ways on how to pacify the fusion of the screaming print on print statement.

NEVER CHEAT

I can't help myself mused over how my college friends and I hustled to the library to dig for the answers on the leaking philosophy test examination. I was thrilled and swollen with pride doing the "black deed" because I know even if it is an open book, nobody will ever get a perfect score. The semester ended with my own taste of karma, my grade almost fell into the cliff. Children, don't do this at school.

NEON SEA CREATURES

Meeting these neon sea creatures in the "P25 ($0.60) super sale" section in the thrift store left me speechless in awe. Oh man, I can't take my eyes off them! Don't worry, these creatures will be safe inside my treasure chest :)

MAXI ON HEELS

There are two basic things that petite women should remember in sporting a maxi skirts. One, if the skirt's length exceeds the ankle, get an instant height by wearing a pair of heels to avoid looking like a walking roll of fabric.Second, wear fitted top on loose skirt and loose top on fitted skirt. Then you can start with a varied look given the two basic tips without the grandma appeal.

CHEETAH

This irregular shaped cheetah printed fabric in my neck is the weirdest piece I got in the thrift store. I am not sure of its actual purpose so I just placed it on the top of my blazer to create an exciting statement piece. I put on my brown mary janes, snatched my officemate's matching cheetah printed bag and hurried upstairs for a last minute outfit shoot.

This photo is the lone survivor in my memory card which was taken after we have took a couple of shots inside the activity room. At least, we got a good photo in a better background :)

I AM ADDICTED TO YOU

When I do thrift shopping,  I am willing to give up everything I have in my hands to settle in one great great GREAT piece: a brand new tailored blazer that fits like a glove. Yes, you are reading it right. BRAND NEW. I believe since it has still the brand tag attached to it. Thrift shopping is undeniably addicting! :0

BLACK IS THE EASIEST COLOR FOR ME

When my color blindness is always put into a test, I violate the color scheme in my workplace and resort to black. If color scheme will be as colorful as box of 120 pieces of crayons, then weekday mornings will always be easier for me.

I AM BACK IN MY RED TROUSERS

Some people wants to splurge in an expensive hotel and enjoy themselves in the chlorinated water. While other seems to just enjoy the scene and drool for some outfit shots. My job gave me the pleasure to indulge in this background, which I think I will enjoy most wearing a bikini. Get a life stretch marks!

BEHIND THAT SMILE

These photos where taken when I am about to hear tribulations from a soul whose happiness is as shallow as mine. Judging a person from how you see them laugh on petty things or how they make people happy is not always a "what you see is what you get" kind of thing. You have to knock on someone's heart to see what's really inside of them. Once they let you in, you might be surprised on how they manage to put laughter onto their faces; how they seek refuge by putting smile on people's faces; how they seemed so invincible like no one can ever put their souls down. The truth is what you see with your eyes is just purely superficial. You can never tell that their heart is already hurting, bleeding and dying in pain until you let them speak their heart out. Just listen. You'll help millions of souls even without talking.

Setting aside the emotional thoughts above, pairing a basic white top with anything printed will always look perfectly. It is my first time to wear a printed cotton pants which I thought looked like a pajama.I'm glad it didn't when it is worn.

I can't resist this diamond hook earrings even it looked like a piece of aluminum dangling in my ears.

I was about to end this blog when I suddenly remembered my blog post about "which color best describe you?". I checked on the meaning of white and thought that I have picked the relevant color for this one-on-one conversation with a lonesome person. May she finds ways to start a fresh beginning and clear clutter and obstacles away as she goes on with the next day challenge of life. Chin up, girl!

MY FAVORITE PIECES OF CLOTHING

The sun's arrogant rays at my window forced me to jumped out in my bed and dashed outside the room to take my weekday morning routine in five minutes. I grabbed anything light and warm, hurriedly packed my things and settled beautifully inside the car, not for work, but to educate myself on how to put on a make-up. Hence, this is my first "absent from work" outfit post. In case you may want to know, I do not tolerate myself from splurging my leave credits on personal activities except on emergency situations or when time would make it useless.

I was looking for anything light and warm to exchange blows with the sun's boiling heat. I picked out my favorite wardrobe pieces, shorts and blazer, to grant me the much needed comfort while in style. I paired it with a warm colored tank top, colored fringe necklace and flat shoes to create contrast and color.
When I received this bag as a gift for my baby boy when he turned one year old last February, my heart beat so fast because I was kind of bowl over it.The bag is screaming GOLD!! It is also very stylish, functional and sturdy. I can actually bring the whole house with me.

If I will be given a chance to create an office dress code, shorts + blazer would be the required civilian clothing on casual Fridays (dreaming).

POST DIY: FRILLY TIE-A-KNOT VINTAGE TOP

Here is the scarf top I have featured in my first-ever DIY blog post here. As I what I am saying in my previous blog, this top has a fabulous fabric type and design but the style is outdated. To give the top a modern twist, I did an easy trick on the areas that needs a little improvement like tweaking the sleeves and tying the lower hem to make the top look smaller, and conceal the missing button in the lower hem.

I want to highlight the top so I wore a neutral colors like white and brown. I added a blue fringe gold necklace to complement the gold vintage button as well as to give the top a more pop of color.

I hope you like it as guys as much as I do :)
